How pricing works

Website pricing is not a single number, and any supplier quoting one before understanding your products is guessing. Here is exactly what determines the cost, what a quotation covers, and where the boundaries are.

The four factors

1. Page count and design complexity

A five-page corporate site and a forty-page catalogue with custom illustrations are different projects. Page templates that repeat — for example one product page design used fifty times — cost far less per page than unique designs.

2. Number of languages

Each additional language requires translation, its own SEO configuration and, in most cases, maintenance. A three-language site is not three times the cost of a one-language site, but it is significantly more than one.

3. Functionality

Inquiry forms and a content management system are standard. Beyond that, costs rise with dealer portals, multi-currency pricing, member areas, ERP integration and online payment.

4. Content production

If you supply finished English text, cost stays low. If we must research, write and translate product content and application pages, that work is quoted separately and transparently.

Project types

We quote after scoping, but the table below shows what each type of project involves so you can judge which fits your business.

Why we do not publish a headline number: a figure quoted without knowing your product range, languages and content requirements would be inaccurate, and inaccurate numbers help nobody. Ask us for a quotation and you will receive an itemised breakdown you can compare line by line with other suppliers.
